Frequently Asked Questions

You can book a tour by visiting our Tours page and checking the schedule calendar or clicking the “Book Now” button in the header on top of every page. All currently available tours are listed in the schedule.

We publish tours at the beginning of each month, two months before they start. For example, tours for August are published at the beginning of June. Additional tours may be added closer to the date based on guide availability and demand. We also schedule last-minute tours two or three days in advance once the scheduled tours are fully booked.

We offer daily tours in English, and German tours mostly on weekends and in high season. Korean tours, led by Hyunok, depend on her availability. Currently, we do not have tours in Spanish but we hope to offer Spanish tours soon.

You don’t pay upfront for the tour but instead pay what you want at the end. If you need to cancel, please do so to free up your spot for other travelers. You can cancel your tour by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email for some reason, please reach out to us and we cancel the booking for you.

To reschedule, click the cancellation link in your confirmation email and book a new tour on our Tours page. We don’t have the function to directly change tour dates, so we would follow the same process on our end, if we reschedule the tour for you.
